How I Healed My PMS & PMDD

For years, I struggled with what I now believe were symptoms that closely aligned with PMDD. Although I was never formally diagnosed, my monthly mood swings, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and physical symptoms deeply affected my life. Today, those symptoms have improved dramatically and in this episode, I share the healing journey that made all the difference.

This wasn’t the result of one magical supplement, medication, or technique. It was the culmination of learning to deeply listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, nourish myself, process emotions, and cultivate a healthier relationship with stress, rest, and my cycle.

In this episode, we explore:

  • my personal journey with PMS and PMDD
  • the biggest shifts that supported my healing
  • the role of nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing
  • how I learned to work with my body instead of against it
  • why I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us
  • and how listening to that wisdom transformed far more than just my cycle.

Whether you experience mild PMS, severe PMDD, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, I hope this conversation reminds you that healing is possible and that your body may be far wiser than you’ve been taught to believe.
