Purpose, Dharma & Fully Becoming Yourself
What if your purpose isn’t something you have to figure out, but something that unfolds as you become more fully yourself?
In this episode, I explore the deeper meaning of dharma - where the word comes from, what it has meant traditionally, and how I’ve come to understand it through my own life and journey.
I share the evolution of my path - from following what I was good at, to navigating a dark night of the soul, to building Dharma Dojo - and how what once felt like confusion, failure, or delay was actually a deeply intentional unfolding.
We also explore the difference between purpose and dharma, and how purpose isn’t just about what you do for work, but how you show up in the world, what you express, and the qualities you embody in your everyday life.
I open up about how my desire to help others was once intertwined with self-sacrifice, and how learning to come back to myself - through self-trust, expression, and letting go of managing others - completely transformed my relationship with my work and my path.
In this episode, I also share the most recent evolution of Dharma Dojo and what this shift means not just for me, but for you and your own journey.
What I’ve come to realize is this: your dharma isn’t something outside of you. It reveals itself as you follow what feels true, alive, and aligned - moment by moment.
